Frequently Asked Questions
Are the paints safe for children?
Yes! All paints included in our children's kits are non-toxic, water-based acrylic paints that are CE and UKCA marked. They wash easily from hands and clothing.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause for up to 2 months per year or cancel any time from your account dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The Little Artist plan (ages 4–7) has simpler designs with larger zones and 8 colours on an A5 canvas. The Young Creator plan (ages 8–12) has more detailed designs with 16 colours on a larger A4 canvas, plus an activity card.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! Choose a start date and add a personal message. Gift subscriptions are available in 3, 6, or 12 month options. The perfect birthday or Christmas present for a creative child.
