General Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly
  • Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces

Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Payment is taken at the time of order

Shipping

  • UK standard delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Original artworks are carefully packaged and sent via tracked courier
  • International shipping available on request
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

Returns and Refunds

  • 14-day returns policy for unused items in original condition
  • Original artworks: returns accepted if damaged in transit
  • Prints: returns accepted for quality issues or damage
  • Custom or commissioned work is non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Workshop Bookings

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Cancellations more than 14 days before: full refund
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before: no refund (transfer to another date may be possible)
  • If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or transfer to another date

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Whimsy & Charm. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
