Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing from Whimsy & Charm.

General Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly
  • Original artworks are the Artists own work, prints will be made from these. If a private Commission is ordered the Original will be the Artists own work and WILL NOT be reprinted

Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • We accept payment via Square (credit/debit cards)
  • Payment is taken at the time of order

Shipping

  • UK standard delivery: 3-5 working days from notification of dispatch
  • All artworks are carefully packaged and sent via tracked service which may be the UK Post Office. Different arrangements may be made for private framed Commissions requiring additional security
  • International and European shipping rates are available on request
  • Risk of loss passes to the delivery service upon dispatch and to you upon delivery

Returns and Refunds

  • Prints: See Returns policy
  • Commissioned work is non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Workshop Bookings

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Cancellations of a Whimsy & Charm workshop within 7 calendar days of booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations up to 14 calendar days prior to the date of the original booked workshop will receive a 50% refund or be offered transfer to another workshop.
  • If we cancel a Whimsy & Charm workshop, you will receive a full refund or transfer to another workshop

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Whimsy & Charm. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
